The Christmas decorations in the lobby were stunning, and the hot chocolate station with marshmallows was a nice touch. The location near the skiing resort and ice skating rink was great, as we could easily walk there. The heated pool was also nice to relax in after a long day of activities.
The noise level from other guests was unbearable. We could hear every conversation and footstep from the adjacent rooms, which made it impossible to sleep. The breakfast didn't offer many options for those with dietary restrictions, and the staff wasn't very accommodating. while the location and amenities were enjoyable, the lack of soundproofing and limited food options left a lot to be desired.
